Say goodbye to the UFC Apex – well, just the name.

UFC CEO Dana White announced Wednesday morning that the promotion will take its partnership with Meta to the next level by renaming the UFC Apex to Meta APEX.

Since the UFC restarted its schedule following a break caused by the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, the UFC Apex has been home to numerous Fight Night events, Dana White's Contender Series, "The Ultimate Fighter" bouts, and UFC BJJ events. The now-Meta APEX will continue to host all these events plus Zuffa Boxing, which kicks off Jan. 23 with a card headlined by Callum Walsh vs. Carlos Ocampo.

The partnership between the UFC and Meta was reached in 2025. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg is an avid UFC fan and has attended many big events. He even cornered Alexander Volkanovski for his featherweight title fight against Ilia Topuria at UFC 298.
